About the books
What is Full Potential People?
After many years as entrepreneurs of several companies in technological, marketing and film and also having a top executive role in a large oil and gas company and work for the European Commission SME 2020 instrument, the writhers Ole and Joakim saw a clear pattern. Why don´t people use their natural inner talent and their full potential? After years of observation and research of people we are publishing what we believe is a breakthrough discovery.
But first, who are the Full Potential People?
Full Potential People are people who are able to tap into their maximum physical, emotional and cognitive potential at will. They are people who master their daily life tasks to a level where, even if they feel tired, they feel energised at the end of a day's work. Full potential people are people who know their strengths and weaknesses, who sees their weakness as an opportunity to find and work with someone else who's strengths match their weaknesses. They know the energymodel and their own energy profile from which they build their talent profile. Full Potential People chooses jobs and careers that matches their talent profile and are recognised and respected for who they are and what they do. Full potential people are energised, happy, balanced and content.
The hidden Gems
How do we know that we have the best people to solve a problem, tasks or a job when we the candidates are picked from an extremely limited sample. If we, for example, pick the person from a sample of seven candidates we have a little more than a billion of a probability to pick the right candidate.
The untapped potential of taking what we don't know as well as what we know to make something new.
The books
We had a desire to describe this from two sides. Firstly a book for everyone, The Full Potential People and secondly a book from our and others experience from the Start-up scene, The Full Potential Start up.
Both of the books are expected to be finished in the end of 2018.
Full Potential People
The first book, Full Potential People, contain the main theory that describe how we are born with different physical, emotional and cognitive energy and traits that distinguish us from each other. All of us has strengths and weakness from whom we are born to be. We believe that everyone has a enormous potential and not only a chosen few that has special talents, and the rest of us should embrace them. We believe that everyone can find and use their full potential, but first we need to learn how we are individually different and believe that we can tap into our full potential. By understanding that we are individually different we will have a higher understanding of different thinking methods, how we act and interact between our different personalities (energy profiles as we call it), cultural and also how we are affected by our positive and negative experiences. To tap into our full potential is far from magic and the first you should start with is:
You can’t change who you are, but you can change what you do!
The book contains stories of people with high potential and talents, but had to go through unnecessary obstacles to find their potential, change their path or that they lost it when things changed and they couldn't be themselves anymore. The stories are there to help us reflect on important topics as "burnout" and how we are affected by the stereotypical western society school system. The school system plays a important part of our book since most of the school system as it is today, does not fit with our daily challenges and individual differences. Imagine that you try to put a circle into a equal big square. You dont have to be a rocket scientist to understand that this doesn't work. The simple truth is that this is not work for all of us, and we will describe you why and how you tap into your full potential and what need to be changed in society.

The second book in the Full Potential series, is called Full Potential Start-up, and is applying the Full Potential People theory in the start-up scene. The book is written from experiences and observations of tens of successful and not successful entrepreneurs through different stages of a company, but also reflect on some theoretical works with regards to entrepreneurial psychology. Throughout the book you will follow a young entrepreneur that is based on several peoples start-up experiences. We follow the main character through the book from high school to University and then later into the raw life of capitalism and the start-up game.
